Head over to SwissLane Specialty Shop to see maple syrup being processed in real time! Take a hayride (weather dependent) through maple trees, where you’ll see sap being collected in sap buckets or through our modern “lines.” Come into the Sugar Shack and see the machines we use to boil the sap and produce and package our delicious syrup. Complete our maple syrup scavenger hunt for a maple prize. The Shack will be open 11-3 with tours leaving every 1/2 hour. Please dress warm and appropriately. Cost is $3/person purchased at Wittenbach Wege Center and $4/person purchased at the farm.
